Design and UX re-evaluation of a site that attracts 80 million visitors per year.
Our concept was to bring the gossip back to the official site, winning traffic back from magazine style sites that had previously stolen a march on ITV. A Facebook style 'blog wall' rolled out content rapidly and in a bite-size snippets that reflected the tone - OMG!
Other ideas featured a more in depth finalist page, appealing to the die hard fans who wanted to get all the 'goss' from their favourite performer.
